We provide support for students facing adjustment and relational issues, such as difficulties with friends, roommates, or teammates, and challenges balancing academic and social life. We also assist with issues like homesickness, dealing with illness or loss, parental divorce, and family relationship struggles. For students dealing with multicultural challenges, we offer support for adjusting to new cultures, managing stress, and coping with feelings of homesickness or missing family and friends. Additionally, we help students navigate emotional challenges like sadness, depression, anxiety, identity issues, and spirituality.
Our college and career development focuses on life goal setting. We guide students through job searches, preparing for interviews, building confidence and self-esteem, making informed decisions, and planning for their future.
To support young adults through these transitions, we use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Management, and Spiritual Development. These techniques are tailored to the individual’s needs, ensuring the best approach to help them thrive both personally and professionally.
